Men's Helmets
Because no matter what kind of rider you are, you shouldn't have to sacrifice comfort and style in order to be safe. Outspokin' carries helmets that look great, fit and provide superior ventilation and protection.
A good-fitting helmet should be snug but not annoyingly tight. It should sit level on your head (not tilted back) with the front edge no more than 1" (a width of approximately 2 fingers) above your eyebrows so that your forehead is protected. Push the helmet from side to side and back to front. If it shifts noticeably (1" or more), adjust the sizing wheel (or pads) to snug the fit.
Remember, any helmet involved in an accident is likely to get damaged. Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if everything looks okay.
If you've been crash-free, it is generally recommended to replace your helmet after 5 years. Pollution, UV light and weathering can weaken its components over time.

Bontrager Circuit road helmet review
By Cycling Plus
The Bontrager Circuit’s hard shell extends all the way under the helmet and into the interior, increasing this tough lid’s damage resistance. The exterior shell extends further into the vents than most too.
Despite having plenty of mass we still found it very airy, thanks to the deeply sculpted, airflow-encouraging vents. It’s highly adjustable – five vertical points at the rear provide a 3cm range, and there are two horizontal points on the cradle anchors.
Padding is minimal but the highly meshed silver threaded pads are very quick to dry and odour free. The high quality and modest price make this one of the best lids around.
